Quality certification
A goal for new targets
Procedures have confirmed the company’s constant commitment for the development of high quality contents in products and services
In 2006 Repico has achieved UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification. This project was decided and developed with serious commitment by the whole staff of the company, whose participation and active involvement enabled them to achieve a very positive and encouraging result towards new targets.
Why pursue quality certification?
Qualitative contents have always been an irremissible condition for Repico, a one to be pursued in every segment of company activity. Product quality, technical service quality, marketing and distribution service quality, care for reference markets and relevant needs and demands.
Certification was the tangible effect of a company commitment renewed over time to upgrade the own structures; it has also become an important basis to continue with the strategy of upgrading, improvement and implementation of other qualitative processes.
Some people, working inside or outside Repico structure, played a fundamental role in the systematic work bound to certification: dr. Tiziana Compagnoni, Quality Control head, dr. Bruno Cortese, head of R & D and Certiquality consultants, with special reference to dr. Laura Visciglio, have followed every step of this course towards quality with great professionalism in every kind of procedure to be followed inside the company structure and set to touch also markets and customers.
In fact the certification course provided for a market survey asking customers their opinion on different facets of the company’s activity, prior to certification, in order to underline the most critical points.
To all Repico staff’s satisfaction, these opinions revealed that the aspects needing improving were few and just the least important ones.
Positive opinions, on the contrary, were many and concerned above all distribution efficiency and delivery promptness, the professionalism of commercial presence, frequent calls on customers, competent answers from the technical and marketing department, constant quality standard of products.
The commitment that has characterised the company’s and all its collaborators’ work in the latest years has been confirmed by customers themselves: a point of pride and satisfaction spurring Repico to continue to improve in terms of products and quality of service, while considering certification as a stage to start from for new targets and even more ambitious results.
