Teresa Galofaro has been working in Repico for 17 years and carries out a commercial role of trait-d’union between the foreign branches and the headquarters

Teresa screens everything and conveys the various matters to the management or competent offices, and controls the trend of sales in the various Countries: “It’s a daily job that allows me to give the management a statistical analysis that is always up-to-date.

I work alongside our president who over the years has passed on me a policy of work marked by dynamism and efficiency, with very poor propensity for wastes of time”. Teresa Galofaro began as a secretary and now carries out a practical-commercial work as trait-d’union between the branches and the management.

She has been in Repico’s team for 17 years now, and explains that right the interpersonal relation with Stefania Annunziata allowed her to remain such a long time, “a relation that has grown on the basis of a mutual esteem that allows me to express my ideas without doubts of misunderstanding.

A cooperation based on a mutual trust that has positive effects also outside, with colleagues and customers”.

Lover of many interests including good literature, cinema and trips, Teresa doesn’t hide she is “affectionate” towards Repico and towards everything revolving around it and says: “People continue to work here, often until they retire, because the company has a great vitality allowing constant updating and the perfection of programs, initiatives and always innovative products. In every case, it is difficult to get bored because your are unavoidably and constructively involved!”
